Admin and Operations Tasks.
 
1. Filtering Incoming Enquiries: The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for screening incoming enquiries and determining which ones should be pursued by the Business Broker.
2. Managing Databases: maintaining accurate and up-to-date databases of clients, prospects, and leads. This also includes time and again creating new databases from the internet and populating them with the correct fields
3. Communication Skills : We need you to get on the phone and managing clients and prospects.
4. Organizing and Managing Sale Settlements: ensuring that all aspects of the sale process are organized and executed efficiently. This includes talking to all parties and ensuring that we are on track for settlement dates.
5. Writing Information Memorandum: The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for writing detailed information memorandums that provide potential buyers with all the information they need to make an informed decision.
6. Ensuring all Businesses have the Documentation Updated: The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for ensuring that all businesses have the required documentation updated and maintained.
7. Following Processes to Ensure Business Systems are Followed: The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for ensuring that all business systems and processes are followed correctly.
8. Email Marketing: The Personal Assistant will be responsible for creating and executing email marketing campaigns to attract potential buyers.
9. Ensuring the Broker has a List of Tasks Created for Them at Each Step: creating a list of tasks for the Business Broker to ensure that they stay on track and are able to complete all necessary tasks.
10. Updating and Maintaining Notes on CRM: The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for updating and maintaining notes on the CRM system to ensure that all information is accurate and up to date.
11. Initial Contact for all Buyers: The Personal Assistant will be responsible for making initial contact with all potential buyers to ensure that they are qualified and interested in purchasing a business.
The ideal candidate for this role will have strong organizational skills, social media experience, and the ability to work independently and keep themselves and their reporting person organized. Additionally, they should have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong attention to detail.
 
Digital Media
 
1. Creating Artwork for Digital Media and Publishing Them: The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for creating visually appealing digital media and publishing them on various platforms to attract potential buyers.
2. Blog Writing: The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for writing informative and engaging blog posts to promote the business and its services.
3. Running a Marketing Calendar: The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for planning and executing a marketing calendar to ensure that the business remains top-of-mind among potential clients and customers . This is to be done along with the marketing coordinator
