Social Media & Content Coordinator
Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic Social Media & Content Coordinator to take charge of all our social media & content creation within the business. To succeed in this role you will be motivated to be responsible for the creation of engaging and relevant content across Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, EDM's & Pinterest.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop the organic social media strategy for The Base Warehouse, based on customer and data insights and alignment with the overall business goals
- Coordinate content for Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, EDM's & Pinterest
- Monitor trends and platforms, listen to our consumers, and identify potential risks, issues or other insights derived from social listening amid customer feedback
- Maintain all our eCommerce sites strong brand identity with aesthetics and a consistent, on-brand tone of voice
- Produce weekly and monthly reports on organic performance, deriving insights to improve and optimise performance
- Contribute to customer service best practice
- Drive growth, engagement and revenue

Skills and Experience
- A comprehensive understanding of social media
- Experience building online communities and driving social engagement
- Experience running Facebook/Instagram paid ads
- Demonstrates a hands-on approach to content creation, utilising tools such as Canva
- Ability to produce video content for social media including and experience leveraging tools
- Proficiency in social media platforms including, scheduling, moderating and reporting
- An understanding of how to derive insights from social media analytics
- Excellent copywriting skills
