Relationship Officer
Your key responsibilities will include,
- Implementing the HR’s objectives, and Policies according to the Organization’s mission and strategic objectives.
- Liaising with the Group HR in all matters relating to Recruitment & Selection, Manpower Planning, Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development, Employee Relation and Employee Communication.
- Ensuring that the well-being of employees are taken care of at all times.
- Managing disciplinary procedures.
- Managing security staff to provide an effective, efficient, customer oriented / friendly security service.
- Managing company owned and hired delivery trucks and other vehicles.
- Ensuring company premises, buildings are well maintained, with timely repairs and efficient janitorial services.
- Maintaining cordial relations with all stakeholders.
Required Skills/ experience
- Professional Qualification in the field of Human Resource or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar capacity (Work experience in Manufacturing environment will be an added advantage).
- Should have a good understanding on all laws applicable pertaining to employee relations.
- Age: 30 to 45 Years
- Should be a team player with good leadership skills.
- Fluent in English and computer literacy are pre requisites.
- Should be organized, proactive and have a positive attitude.
