Koko, established in 2020, is revolutionizing the way people shop with its Buy Now Pay Later solution, eliminating interest and fees to promote responsible spending. Our mission is to bring seamless shopping and liquidity solutions to South Asians in Pakistan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka, who do not have access to easy liquidity solutions.We are currently experiencing tremendous growth in Sri Lanka and will be expanding to other South Asian markets in the very near future.

Job Role:

-Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company objectives.
-Implement integrated marketing campaigns to enhance customer acquisition, brand awareness, and sales.
-Oversee the strategizing, execution, and content creation across multiple channels, such as the website, social media, CRM, and advertising platforms.
-Manage and mentor the Marketing team, setting objectives and monitoring performance.
-Optimize website and landing pages for SEO and user experience.
-Analyze marketing campaign performance, manage budgets, and generate reports for senior management.
-Collaborate with stakeholders and other teams to implement successful marketing initiatives that drive business growth
-Optimize user experiences by ensuring the Koko app remains competitive and provides simple and efficient user journeys.
-Conduct market research to identify target audiences, understand customer needs, and stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.

-Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing.
-Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns.
-Proficiency in various marketing principles, including SEO, social media, content, and email marketing.
-Blend of creativity, strategic vision, analytical skills, and leadership to drive a collaborative team.
-Results-oriented leader with problem-solving skills and a sense of ownership.
-Creativity and storytelling passion are essential.
-Strong network with marketing agencies and media outlets.
