We are on the lookout for a dynamic, energetic, and result-oriented individuals fulfilling below requirements to deploy in our 70,000-square meter greenhouse project with modern hi-tech facilities for vegetable and flower production, located in Divulapitiya, Gampaha District.

Production Officer :

In this role, you will engage in leading the team to execute total agronomy solution of 10,000 square meter (one hectare) hi-tech greenhouse from planting to harvesting. The scope of work will include optimizing inputs and labor utilization, achieving daily and weekly targets.

Requirements:

● Diploma in Agriculture NVQ level 4 or above.
● High level of dedication.
● Work under pressure.
● Willing to reside near the project located in Divlapitiya and work extended hours.

● Being passionate in hi-tech agriculture.
● Previous experience on greenhouse production, fertigation and pest and disease management would be an added advantage.
