MAS Fabric Park is Sri Lanka's first and only privately owned apparel-intensive free trade zone. Its operations focus primarily on the development and value addition of fabrics. The Park spans across a sprawling 110 acres in Thulhiriya and Giriulla, playing a strategic role in the vertical integration of the MAS supply chain as well as leading critical sustainability targets.

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic individual to join the admin team as an Intern.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the Team member grade recruitments.
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks within the HR department.
Support in planning and organizing employee engagement events and welfare programs.
Assist in scheduling and coordinating training sessions and logistics.
Participate and assist in ongoing HR projects.
Administrative & General HR Support
HR Analytics & HR system handling.

Knowledge and Skills:

Undergraduate in BSc Environmental Conservation Management
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations

Strong Organizational Excellent Communication Teamwork Documentation
