About the job

Job Profile: 

• Assist in the launch and promotion of remittance products, including the execution of marketing campaigns, organizing local ground level promotions, and conducting awareness sessions at branches, SLFEB Centres, and authorized Foreign Employment Agencies 
• Assist the branch staff with inquiries related to remittance business operations,transactions, Remit Max savings products and Pre-Departure loan facilities 
• Collaborate with the Bank's Marketing Department and other internal stakeholders to drive promotional activities for remittance products 
• Collaborate with external stakeholders to promote Bank's remittance products and grow the Bank's Remittance & CASA volumes 
• Engage with external stakeholders to promote and grow the Bank's remittance and CASA volumes 
• Conduct follow-up activities with migrant workers to ensure a consistent remittance flows 
• Canvass corporate remittance clients through existing and new business contacts 

Candidate Criteria:

• Full or part qualification in Banking at IBSL or A Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university 
• A minimum of 3-4 years of work experience in the commercial banking industry 
• Experience in the Core Banking System would be advantageous 
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy 
• Must be a team player with communication and time management skills 
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
