About the job


Job role : A call centre agent provides customer support by handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing and resolving inquiries, and offering product or service information. They ensure customer satisfaction and efficient solutions while maintaining detailed records of interactions.


Requirements:

-Ordinary Level (Local/London) with minimum 5 Credit passes including Mathematics and English
-Advanced Level (Local/London) with minimum 3 simple passes 
-Willingness to work on a shift basis including night shifts to support the 24/7 operation (Transport will be provided for shifts ending after 8.00pm within a radius of 21km from the office)
-Ability to work in weekends and public holidays
-Ability to work under pressure
-Computer literacy and proficiency in data entry operations
-Must be a team player with a positive attitude
-Should be energetic and enthusiastic with willingness to learn
