Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Bonus Calculation Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accurate and timely calculation of bonus accrual and payment values across multiple legal entities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of bonus calculation complexities and excel in managing global bonus-related queries and issues.


Responsibilities:

-Accurate and Timely Bonus Calculations: Responsible for the precise computation of bonus accrual and payment values according to established criteria. Collaborate closely with the regions to validate performance metrics and financial targets, ensuring bonuses are disbursed within deadlines.
-Global Point of Contact: Act as the primary contact for all bonus-related inquiries and issues globally. Address queries promptly and effectively, providing clear explanations and resolutions to maintain stakeholder satisfaction and clarity.
-Comprehensive Understanding: Understand the intricacies of all elements involved in bonus calculation and payment. Stay updated on changes in bonus structures and policies, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
-Monthly Accrual Reporting: Prepare and communicate month-end accrual values to Finance departments across various legal entities. Coordinate with teams globally to consolidate accrual data accurately before submission, ensuring alignment with organizational reporting standards.
-Support for Reporting and Audits: Assist in compiling data and documentation for bonus-related reports. Facilitate audits by providing comprehensive information and explanations, ensuring transparency and accuracy in all reporting activities.
-Data Integrity Management: Continually review the integrity of source data used in bonus calculations. Monitor data inputs rigorously, identify discrepancies, and take corrective actions promptly to maintain data accuracy and reliability.


Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
-4-5 years of proven experience in Compensation (Preferable) or financial analysis role.
-Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
-Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
