The Role
· Lead and inspire the creative team
· Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies and lead the creative process from concept to completion
· Contribute to new business ensuring growth of revenue
· Manage production timelines, vendor relationships, quality and cost controls

The Person
· Experience in a Senior Creative or Creative Director role at an Ad Agency dealing with multiple brands
· Experience handling international marketing campaigns
· Proven track record in contributing to and bringing in new business
· Strong business & commercial acumen, with a solid understanding of how to achieve business objectives while meeting expected brand standards
· A natural storyteller who can captive and influence through ideas and communication
· Ability to lead, mentor and grow a team
