Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Identify and engage potential customers to promote the function center.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Respond to customer inquiries, provide advice and recommendations.
Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Ensure that all sales activities are recorded and reported accurately.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Sales, Hospitality or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales in the tourism and hospitality industry.
Ability to work on Weekends.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
