Your Key Responsibilities Will Include…

  • Employee facility management

Responsible to manage all the facilities at employee facility building. Facility building providing services to 150+ people in 24x7 including workforce, executives and contractors.

  • Canteen operation

24x7 operation with 10 meal providing times. 3 main meals and 7 tea servicing operations.

  • Transport / Pool vehicles

Managing pool vehicle fleet and all the site transport requirements. Manage driver cadre including ambulance operation.

  • Laundry operation

Responsible to maintain the uniform stocks, washing and cleaning and issuing at each shift.

  • Medical center other health & wellbeing activities

Responsible to manage the medical center services coordinating with health service providers and coordinate with HO wellbeing coordinator and implement best practices. Also, to conduct annual medical campaign and the health week.

  • Concierge services

Provide services to all the site employees on their utility, phone and other bill payments.

  • U shop

Manage the U shop operation and coordinate with distributor product replenishment and order delivery.

  • Gym & other sporting area

Facility maintenance in gymnasium and providing equipment with proper replenishment plan.

  • Gardening & other janitorial services

Ensure the cleaning activities in all office areas, roads, facility building and gardens. Maintain the right level of services and cleanliness in all areas which workplace services is responsible.

  • Scrap Administration

Keep the scrap yard clutter free, manage the tender process in scrap disposal and follow the dispatch process on tendered scrap

  • Recruitment and Exits

Manage the process for blue-collar recruitments and selection. Managing the documentation in Exits and sending payroll updates.

  • Execution of blue-collar training plan

Once receive the finalized training plan from the factory leadership team, arrange all the pre-post evaluations, logistics requirements and training materials

Coordinate with VTA on conducting NVQ certification, etc.

  • Execution of the engagement calendar

Coordinate with respective stakeholders and drive the annual engagement calendar for the factory together with the HR team.

  • Community engagement

Liaise with stakeholders and plan the activity, maintain the relationship to coordinate continuous programs. E.g.:- Arunella waste management program and Jeewithayata aruthak.

  • Blue Collar HR services

Provide HR services to 127 employees via established time office function.

Data reporting.

Monthly data collation and reporting.

What’s important for you to have in this position?

  • Candidate should be a graduate or possess a relevant equivalent professional qualification.
  • 1-2 years’ of experience in human resources in a similar capacity.
  • Candidate must have high bias for action and ability to manage operations staff.
  • Candidate should be self-confident and assertive with excellent stakeholder management skills.
