The Job:
-Align company vision and strategy with brand strategy and plan.
-Develop brand strategies into actionable plans and go-to-market strategies.
-Develop and execute effective brand plans aligned with product funnel and timelines.
-Manage key marketing projects and campaigns with precision.
-Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and advertising efforts.
-Drive innovation in product development and communication.
-Analyze market trends and consumer insights to enhance brand positioning and communication.
-Measure and report on campaign performance to optimize ROI and KPIs.
-Foster strong stakeholder relationships and manage external agencies.
-Uphold brand superiority and market share growth through strategic initiatives.
-Develop and Brainstorm innovative growth strategies.
Spearhead innovation in communication and mediums to ensure relevance, effective use of emerging mediums and drive sales.
The Person:
-Degree or relevant professional qualification in Marketing.
-Minimum 2-3 years' experience in brand management.
-Strong Knowledge and proven experience in Advertising, Sales and Marketing.
-Highly creative with ability to think outside of box.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
-Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies effectively.
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and draw actionable insights.
-Excellent project management skills, with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
