The Job

Customer engagement:

-Manage a portfolio of Key Accounts and exceed customer expectations as the central point of contact.
-Attend meetings with Customers and deliver presentations.


General orientation:

-Orchestrate with internal teams such as Pre / Post sales teams to ensure smooth operation.
-Be Informed and updated about our Products and Services offered to customers.
-Coordinate with the assigned sector team members to achieve individual and sector targets.
 

Product Management:

-Ensure timely delivery of Products, Solutions and engage in Project Management and Business Development.
-Business Development: Involve the strategic account management discussions and reporting.
