The University College of Ratmalana (UCR) is a technical and vocational institution in Sri Lanka established in 2014, offering alternative educational pathways to students who have completed their schooling. It provides National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) levels 5 and 6, technical diploma courses, and free education for the initial three years of its Higher National Diploma programs.
